Andrew McKinley

is a Jamaican-born businessman who owns and operates a diverse group of companies spanning from restaurant to real estate. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida International University’s College of Business and is a proud member of several renowned academic honor societies. His career catapulted at Expedia Group, an industry-leading travel company, where he led a high-performance team that was responsible for the planning and execution of the company’s online revenue and marketing strategies. He is now the Owner and CEO of multiple companies including, Zayn Group Hospitality, Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant Palmetto Bay, and is Co-Founder/Owner of DEKOSA Holdings, a real estate development firm. He also co-founded the Andrew and Michelle McKinley Foundation which funds and empowers several charitable initiatives in the United States and Jamaica. Andrew is passionate about giving back to the community, particularly the Caribbean Diaspora, through mentoring, coaching, and connecting people.
